The room I stayed in was clean, painted, and had a comfortable bed. the hotel's location is great, close to food places, downtown, Destin, and many restaurants.

Perfectly fine place, cheap room. Location: comfortable, adjacent to downtown and the bay side. Variety of food options just a short walk away from the venue. The staff - very amiable and experienced. Easy check in and late check out. The pool area was clean too.

It has particularly good position on the bay side.

The hotel has a fantastic location near the beaches, stores, and the boardwalk. We enjoyed the proximity of the Emerald Coast Science Center, which is not far from the hotel.
